Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $85 for less than 7 nights stay.
Deposit of
$300 required within 7 -10 days for securing reservation
($600 for 28+ days reservation).
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season.
Refundable Security/Damage Deposit - $300 is due with final payment
One time Resort Registration Fee $15 Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season. Behr's Retreat is not affiliated with Castle Resorts & Hotels.
